The CTT Expresso service for Mainland Portugal means you can start enjoying your products within 1 business day after placing your order (Monday to Friday). This service costs €5.95. For the islands, this service is not available.
CTT Economic 2-3 business days
The CTT Economy service for mainland Portugal means you can start enjoying your products within 2 to 3 business days after placing your order (Monday to Friday). This service costs €3.95. The Economy service for the islands means you can start enjoying your products within up to 14 business days after placing your order (Monday to Friday). The cost of this service is calculated at checkout as it varies based on the weight of your order.
INTERNATIONAL
CTT Economic 3-5 business days
Our CTT Economy service means you can start enjoying your products within 3 to 5 business days after placing your order (Monday to Friday). The cost of this service is calculated at
checkout as it varies according to the weight of your order.
On the day of shipment, you will receive an email and/or text message with the tracking number so that you can follow the entire delivery process.
It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as the order will be subject to the courier's route on the day of delivery, which is determined by the transport service.
We charge the full applicable shipping fee for re-shipment if the order is returned to us due to the customer being absent during delivery attempts.
Returned items will be added back to our stock and your account will be credited with the order total, minus the shipping fee.
We do not assume responsibility if a customer enters incorrect details for their order, which will cause it to be undelivered and result in a return. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
